I've got a three week break between semesters. I'm home with family all of this week and part of next, and then I'm traveling across the country to spend New Years with friends before heading home for the last few days of break. Hopefully I'll have enough time when I get back to do some housekeeping, because I left my apartment in a pretty awful state.

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Holidays to all.

Since I'm 'off' all the time, holiday time is no different than other times (except the extra work to get ready for the holidays!!).

I will get to see my wonderful, intelligent, beautiful, strong, healthy (not too proud eh?) grandchildren though and I'm very excited about that.

I'm working this week - albeit we're pretty slow since most of out clients are taking off for Christmas. I have all of next week off. I'm hoping to get a lot of work done on my own business since we're not traveling anywhere.

I am on "vacation" this week but in reality I am using the time to catch up on blogging and other stuff. Next week will be more of actual time off though as 24-27 will be family time and 28-30 will be a mini-vacation to the mountains. :)

Today is my last day at work until the 26th, then back to work for 4 days then off til the 3rd.

I've got about 2 posts scheduled for now til the new year so I am taking it slow but gearing up for a full push starting in Jan!

I'm taking off between Christmas and New Years but I'll probably sneak a little blogging time in there anyway. Mr. NMOM has the week off and we're hoping to get a lot of work done on the house (just basic maintenance type stuff). We gave up traveling during the holidays a few years ago - just too hard and too exhausting to travel with 4 kids.
