Hi everyone, I just wanted to say just made it under the 200K Alexa Ranking today! now sitting at 197K, in under 60 days. With 4 more months to go it will be interesing to see if I can make it below 100K. So a big thank you to everyone here for their support! 
Also I've made a few friendships with both challangers and members here since joining. That's actually been the biggest plus, in my opinion.

Great news, and it certainly is no surprise that you got there in such short order. You have a great blog and obviously work hard at it, are active both here and on other blogs, and are generally a nice guy. Congrats! I'm hoping to be there myself in short order.

Congratulations on your great success. So many folks in this thread mentioned how great your site is so I decided to take a look myself. Wow! You've created one heck of a powerhouse site. It looks like it cost you millions to build, and the content is so rich with quality information. I definitely see less than 100K in your immediate future.
