Thank you all for the support – she was absolutely thrilled to see a lot of comments on her post when she got home from work. She is seriously considering starting her own blog… I think we will use January to brainstorm. :)

Maybe suggest staff writing to start. This will help her to get a feel for what it is like to come up with content on a regular basis, respond to comments etc.
