Free Featured Ad for any Yakezie Member or Challenger!  Coupon Code: Yakezie

I am about to launch a new website specifically for bloggers called BloggersClassifieds.com.

The idea behind the site is to provide a way for bloggers to connect and promote their products and services for FREE!
Some benefits include:
  • Unlimited free ads
  • Free social promotion of your ads on Bloggers Classifieds Facebook Page and Twitter account
  • Access to the only online marketplace dedicated to bloggers
  • The ability to promote your own ads via Facebook, Twitter, and other social media sites
  • The option to barter for other services in exchange for your services
  • Featured ads are available for added exposure
To take advantage of a free featured ad:
Visit http://bloggersclassifieds.com and use coupon code Yakezie
I would love to get your feedback on the site as well.
Thanks,
Paul

This sounds like an awesome idea. A Craigslist for bloggers and blogging related services.

I'm going to have to get some sales copy written for SEAM Publishing.

Now for the questions:

What are the terms/limits for the ad, i.e. what can and can't be included? Maximum length, video, etc?

How long do featured ads stay featured?

I'm looking for editors, beta-readers, and some demographic research for my upcoming novel, Once Upon a Saturn Moon. If you like reading soft sci-fi thrillers, maybe with a touch of romance thrown in, you can find more information at http://seampublishing.com/once…..aturn-moon

I think this is a fantastic idea, and one that isn't limited to the PF niche. Can't wait to check it out!

Cool idea. With prices noted, this adds transparency and speed to getting things done. Looking forward to seeing this develop!

A couple of answers to questions:

1)  Ads currently run for a period of 90 days and can be renewed

2)  I will be posting Terms of Service shortly and is a rather lengthy legal document.  A few things to point out are:  You must place the ad directly (no posting services), no affiliate links or other links.  We want to be able to identify you as the service provider via your gravatar.

3)  You will have the ability to provide feedback on the service provider via a rating system.  This will help to weed out any shady characters.

4)  You can enter a dollar amount or "contact me" in the price field if you prefer not to advertise your prices.

This is a brand new site and I still have a few cosmetic things to fix but am really excited about the potential to make finding a product or service for us bloggers a little easier, and FREE!

Thanks for the feedback guys!

Edward,

In order to take advantage of the free featured ad you need to have the Yakezie Badge on one of your sites. Maybe I missed it but I did visit all 3 of your sites and I did not see one.  Let me know once you have a badge up. ;)

D'oh. The badge was tucked in another widget box that I deleted. Oops. Thanks for catching that. It's up now, on edwardantrobus.co.cc in the sidebar.

Still am not seeing it.  You might want to check the code in your side-bar widget.

Awesome Paul, glad to see you taking this live!  I like that you added the 'Rate This' feature – that will be useful once you get more people on the site.

I'll be sure to feature you this weekend (and I'm sure others will as well!).

Thanks PK!  Should I create a new category of ad for the DQYD crew:  Chart Analysis?  ;)

Since I got an email saying that the ad is now up, I'm guessing you found it. If not, try refreshing your cache. It's near the bottom of the sidebar. Underneath the ad, but above the donate button. It's the white "selflessly helping others" button.

I don't see it either.

You likely need to delete the site cache -  I know I have to do so to ensure others can see new items prior to the auto-cache-delete timer set by my plugin.

Yakezie badge looks good Edward.
Best of luck with your e-book business.
By the way, your ad was posted on BC's Facebook Page and Twitter account so feel free to visit those pages to promote your ad.
