Hey guys,

I was recently contacted by a marketing firm called d3dicat3d m3dia, (please replace all "3"s with actual "e"s) They have a network of publishers and would like to advertise on my site Smile. Has anyone heard of this company or partnered with them before? I would like to begin monetizing my blog now so I think this is a good opportunity to start making some ad revenue.  I'm a total noob on this topic so I wouldn't mind getting some general pointers on how to respond and work together with advertisers Wink.

I've searched the forum on this topic and it appears I should contact someone directly for further help. If anyone can point me to someone they know that would be greatly appreciated Laugh. Thanks.

I haven't heard from them specifically.  As long as they pay either in advance or as soon as you place their material though, I would proceed.  Good luck!

I've dealt with them recently…. stick to your guns when negotiating… payment wont be a worry.  My resolution to non-payment is always the same thing, I threaten to remove that link, or all of their links until they pay…hasnt failed me yet.

Remember, not all web advertising is the same.  There are plenty of situations where getting paid in advance doesn't apply.

everything is worth trying at least once right? as long as it doesn't hurt to the extent of reputation damage / indexing / ranking – why not try it out? what's there to lose?

Abosultely, I'm giving them a shot and will find out soon.

Thanks for the info. I've been in preliminary contact with them. I'll update here once things move further along.

Everyone else, thanks for the great inputs. Smile
