Hey everybody,

I just got a job commenting for 14 other Australian personal finance blogs and insurance info blogs.  I actually need to comment on 10 other blogs a week with each of them as Crystal @ InsertBlogName.  In short, I was wondering if any of you would like me to adopt your blog as a regular place to comment – at least once a week and maybe more.  I will be leaving my actual comments and opinions just like I normally do, I'm just now also being paid for my time while doing it and will have random blog names behind my own.  Laugh

Anybody up for seeing a lot more of me?  If so, I just need a simple blog link left here so I can cut and paste it into my Excel sheet schedule.

Thanks guys in advance!!!  It was taking forever to look around for 140 blogs and I have only picked about 40 so far…

Oh, also, if you ever would be willing to accept guest posts from a new Australian pf blog, let me know!  I am supposed to find places for them to guest post every week.  From what I have seen in my one day of employment so far, these are solid guest posts by good writers.  Maybe not as good as me, lol, but good.  Wink  And we can choose topics together.  If you may be willing, please let me know in your comment as well.  These are two separate requests, so feel free to accept one without the other, lol.  I understand.

Thanks again!

Crystal

Thanks Suba!  I will make sure the quality is good before I send any guest posts to anyone…I'm fine with working by the hour to read great sites, but I'm not screwing up my reputation for it.  :-)

LOL. These blogs take on lives of their own, don't they? I've been called Squirrel, Sir Squirrel, Mr Squirrel, and assorted other nicknames.  Let me know when I start to call myself these names, then I'll have to take a break for a few days:)

My housekeeper and my mother-in-law both think it's hilarious to call me Mrs. BFS.  I like it.  Laugh

I'm ok with comments and guest posts. I need to be careful with guest post topics and content, but as long as we can look at them ahead of time, we're good to go.

@MD, you'll see me!

@Matt, great!  I'd never expect someone to post something sight unseen, so no worries there.  :-)

Just in case anybody has any reservations, I promise I am not turning into an evil spammer or anything.  These are a whole bunch of niche sites that are just trying to build up some authority in the blogosphere.  They may never be Get Rich Slowly, but they aren't spammy sites.  No payday loan companies or anything like that.  I put them in the same category as my niche site, aboutlifeinsurance.org.  Here's the list if it helps (I took out the http:'s since there would be too many links):

walletwatcher.com.au
moneymum.com.au
business-insurance.com.au
petinsurancecomparison.com.au
personalloancomparison.com.au
homeinsurancecomparison.com.au
travelinsurancecomparison.com.au
frugalliving.com.au
masteryourcard.com/blog/
carinsurancecomparison.com.au
healthinsurancecomparison.com.au
industrialspecialrisksinsurance.com.au
publicliabilityinsuranceaustralia.com.au
professionalindemnityinsuranceaustralia.com.au

Hi, Crystal.  I submit to carnivals for frugalliving.com.au and walletwatcher.com.au, and I can agree with you that they are decent quality articles.  A few have even been accepted to the Best of Money Carnival.  Either one of those sites could guest post on my blog. And of course, your comments on behalf of them would be welcome at Mom's Plans or Dining Out Challenge.  How much time do you put into commenting for them weekly?

Hey!

Peerform is about to launch a personal finance blog (Blog.peerform.com) and I will be eternally grateful if you add it to your list. (We had a blog called Peerforming, but stopped working on it to start a new one as a subdomain of our main page)

We will be more than happy to accept guest posts when our blog launches (you may want to wait until we have a decent Alexa/Compete rank, but I think we will get big quickly) (contact to guest post: james dot leung at peerform dot com)

Thanks!

always enjoy comments.

As for guest posts, do these sites make money? It seems that it would be a sponsored guest post? Or are they bloggers like you and I?

Thanks!
