I just found this website http://www.blogtalkradio.com/defaultpii2 and wondered if any of you have used it, and if so, what are your experiences.

I've never used it.  Based on the shows they've got, it's a legit thing.  Would be interesting to see if there's some sort of revenue sharing, or if they help you out with securing advertisers and music.  Did an interview on "The Down and Dirty" Craftsman show about a year ago.  That was fun!

Do you have any pointers for us on your interview?  Did you prep, who controlled what was covered and etc?

In my case, they were interviewing me because of a post I had written on my DIY deck adventure.  So, I knew the subject very well. :)  The producer of the show called a day or so ahead of time and covered the basic schedule, then they called just before the segment and then we did the interview over the phone.  It was pretty cool, and certainly easy.  I got little to no traffic from it, however.  :(  But, considering it's a show aimed at DIY craftsman type folks, I wasn't expecting to see a whole lot of traffic to a frugal PF blog.  Was still a fun thing though!

I'm sure each show is a bit different, based on their funding and staffing, and such, so you're experience may vary.
