I'm excited about hosting the Yakezie carnival this time – I've only hosted one other carnival (Totally Money) – any suggestions?
Also, I'll probably have to get the post ready to go on Friday before 9PM Central time – due to that huge wedding shower we are preparing for – we have a lot of work to do for it on Saturday and it is to be held on Sunday. So, I will work on getting the post up on Friday night and then schedule it to go live on Sunday morning.
Does that work?

It might work but you also might still get submissons on the Saturday so just be aware of that.
As far as other suggestions, try to pick a cool theme or work the posts into a story or something. Also remember to email all participants that they were included and attach the link.
