Hi, I have a YouTube account (well really it's my brothers' who is my business partner). We have had quite a bit of success with it and we have received over 2.4 million views so far. One video alone has received over half a million views. We haven't done any SEO tricks or anything. What we did was provide content for free that others charge for. In other words we gave great value. We have put mainly free hypnotherapy audio sessions on there. The sessions are good enough qualty to sell, which is why I think they are so popular. The only bit of promotion I have done is embed them on some of my own sites, submit them to a couple of hypnotherapy related social networks, and share them on facebook.
