Hello Yakezie bloggers!  I wanted to make a formal announcement that I'm currently interested in purchasing a couple PF blogs.  If you have lost the will to write or just want the cash right away, I'm your man.  Only PR-2 blogs or higher are of interest.

Not only am I interested in buying a blog but I would love if you stayed on as a staff writer.  I would offer $30/article for this.  probably on a weekly basis or something.

I'm trying to keep things short here.  To recap, if you have a PR-2 website and want to sell, please email me right away!  freemoneywisdom at gmail dot com

Looking forward to a potential sale!

I'm always checking those sites, but I'd rather go private.  Plus, yakezie bloggers have epic websites!

I'd let one of mine go for 6 figures? Do we have a deal? ;)

Jon – Mike at the TFB may have some input as well.  Hoping he'd reply if he reads this…

$30/per article is no joke. you must have a solid "business plan" cooking in the background for this initiative. would love to peak into that wise mind ;)

I'd love his input!  Believe it or not, TFB is my inspiration for my current business model.  As for the $30/article, I'm a big believer is paying people for producing truly epic content.

Several people on here are looking to buy sites so you will have some competition.  I'm done buying for a while until I can build up my cash again.  If I hear of any sites for sell I'll let you know.

Seems like the "in thing" to be doing right now.  Yah, hit me up if you know of any sites that would like to sell.  Congrats on snagging Investorz blog by the way :)

This site hasn't been updated in a while. It's not mine though.

http://stepbystepfinance.com/ also its PR 0 but I'm sure you could build it up if they are looking to sell.

It seems that a lot of people are interested in buying sites lately.  What's the advantage of this vs. buying an aged domain (or even a newer one) and then adding unique $5 articles from Fiverr or The Content Authority.com and building sites up?  Just curious.  Laugh

Why build a new site for years when you can just buy one?  It's the beauty of capital on hand ;)

Thanks for mentioning that one!  I'm only looking for sites with a PR though.

I can buy an established site and still add $5 articles from Fiverr, the only difference is that I have an immediate return on my investment.  I can start making decent money off a brand new site within about 4 months, but I can monetize a purchased site instantly.  We all have our personal calculations for what we pay for blogs…mine is very simple!  I only buy blogs that I can recoup the purchase price within 2 months, because otherwise I could simply start a blog from scratch with a little added effort.  Because im strict on this I have only bought 2 sites, but both ROI's have been great!
