I recommend contacting Jai at http://www.jaicatalano.com/. He did my new logo and he's great to work with. I told him my thoughts and gut reactions and he put it all together to create what it is now.

+1 on 99designs. It's kind expensive, but they do a great job and you can see various logo designs before you choose a winner. You can also try e-lance.

I used LogoNerds: http://logonerds.com/ to create my logo.
I thought they did a great job and the price was ridiculously cheap. Although, I think it's nice to support Yakezie members when given the opportunity…
