I would encourage everyone to try to connect with Adam Baker from Man vs. Debt if his RV tour comes near your city. I went to the San Diego meet-up last night and got to meet and dine with a lot of great people (besides Adam and his family). Other attendees included:

I believe Adam will be attending the Financial Blogger Conference in Chicago (and speaking)! Just another good reason to sign up for that conference if you haven't done so already!

Ah I missed it. I am travelling this week, I would have loved to attend the meeting. Oh well, I think he might be coming to LA some time soon… Hope I will be able to make it to that one.

I missed out meeting Adam when he was in NYC (he came during one of our snow spells and such).
Sounds like the San Diego one was extra special. You have to take the opportunities when they come!

The chances of him being in Peterborough Ontario are next to nil. And we simply don't like to go to Toronto unless absolutely necessary.
Part of our blogging anonymously makes these sorts of meets difficult. We had told family and friends (some) we are blogging now, and gave up our location. Perhaps this is all part of our baby steps.

Exactly! I know they'll be at the Chicago conference, but I was in a group of a dozen people in SD versus more than a hundred at the conference.
