I've been thinking for a week about which one of my sites I'd like to submit to the challenge, and I've decided to enter Taxes and Stuff.
I think I did everything – I installed the Alexa toolbar, added the badge to my site, placed my blog info on the challenger spreadsheet, and announced my intent on my blog. Did I miss anything?
So glad to be here! Oh, and my current stats:

@Van – I'll try to throw some tax-saving strategies in the mix. :)
@Khaleef – I love the premise of your site. I've considered offering remote tax prep services before, but never took the plunge. Very interesting to see that this is actually a thing!
@Kurt – You have the second site I've seen today based on an eye-catching Elegant Theme. I just might have to try out that platform for my next site.
@Jai – Had a good laugh at your recent potty training post…I don't envy you cuz we had a hard time training our oldest, too. I commented with some stuff that worked for us.

Thanks, guys. Have to say I'm a little discouraged right now…the day I announced joining the Yakezie Challenge on my blog, I lost 22 out of 28 subscribers!! Needless to say, I'm am completely clueless as to who is subscribing to my blog and what makes them tick.

Thanks for all the recent welcomes…I joined the challenge in April, then took a short sabbatical from blogging to have my third child. Now that he's 9 days old, I'm ready to get back on the horse!
@Forest – Yes, it was Feedburner subscribers. I have been wondering – can spambots (or human spammers) subscribe that way? That could explain a huge jump then equivalent decrease. Never heard anything about this, but I figure if I can get spam comments, then why can't I get spam subscribers?

Feedburner numbers always go up and down so just don't worry about them. They'll equalise as time goes on.
