Thanks for the advice!  4 posts per week and a roundup?  Pretty demanding, glad you caught yourself.  Can't wait for your eBook.  Great job especially with two kids and a busy job.  Continued success to you!  Laugh

I'd have to say that it is to be satisified with what you are doing. If you try to emulate others and do too much, you can burn out. I really figured out myself and my site after a good 6 months. I went back and looked at what I wrote and it's very different now. I really tried to write 4 posts per week and a weekly round up and it was too demanding on time. Instead, I now write 2 posts and a weekly. It's not a crazy amount to increase traffic but I am still around :) I am a very organized person so I needed a plan and a little more organization around my writing routine.

Ultimately, having a long term plan and some short term plans with appropriate time to execute are keys to staying sane :)

What I haven't done yet is write an eBook and a software. My writing skills aren't amazing but I'll still try to write an eBook as I have a really good subject for it. Time is challenging with 2 kids and a busy job.

This group has been amazing for resources and getting to know other bloggers!!! Thank you everyone.

Congratulations. I've been at it a few years, and I still don't know what I'm doing, but as long as you keep doing it, it'll all work out well.
