If you are looking to grow your social media profile (twitter, facebook, linked in etc etc ), interact with your followers better, get noticed by bigger blogs and only send out information when you get the most impact I recommend the following FREE tools

I have used the aforementioned tools for the last 6 months and I've had great success with social media followers. As I mentioned in a different post, Huffington Post featured my articles based on my twitter activity.
If you use these tools make sure you share more than just you content. I have buffer setup on my iphone, google reader and firefox browser. I share anything that I think is cool and it has paid off.. Also, share more than just finance stuff :-)

I use IFTTT to schedule things in buffer from Instagram and Pinterest.

You can also schedule Facebook posts now directly from your page. There is an option underneath the status box. That will allow you to customize tags in Facebook which is not as easy as just using the @ symbol.

I just got Buffer. Love it so far. Super helpful in spacing out my Tweets rather than going in bursts.

Socialbro interacts with Hootsuite and Buffer. So, you can definitely check out social bro for the best time to tweet.
