Just a quick update, I went through About Life Insurance today, deleted any plugins that aren't necessary, updated the Wordpress version, and deleted all expired guest posts and links.  It is completely direct ad free now and I resubmitted it to Google for reconsideration to get its PR back (was a PR2 for about a year and a PR3 for about 6 months).  So I still have it up for sale, but obviously I will be raising my pricing expectations in 2-4 weeks if/when it gets it PR back.
