Thanks a lot, guys!

@Eric I will look into Indinero. Looks like it is free upto 50 transactions and I will probably have less than that every month.

@Jason, I do have a separate blogging (right now it is a checking account/debit card) account, but some things (like paypal fees) stays within paypal. I am sure I will get a 1099 with the full amount and I have to deduct the paypal fees, same goes with Amazon payments.

I don't have that many individual ads, so google calendar along with the email link works for me with expiration. I just have to be more diligent with excel I suppose. That would work…

I actually have a separate bank account, credit cards, and PayPal account. I make full transfers from PayPal to my bank account each week, download all of that data into Quicken Home & Business, and then categorize it accordingly. It's pretty easy to keep track of everything that way. I just reconcile accounts when I go through my personal finances.

Spreadsheet for me.  I track all income and expenses that way.  I use Gcal for anything I need to keep of dates for (expirations and such).

I do the same.  It works for now!

I use Quickbooks online for my accounting stuff and Excel for the details of advertising.  I'm an Excel nerd so I like working with spreadsheets for lots of other stuff too (goals, to do lists, packing lists for travel, etc).

I also like to use email calendar reminders for when expirations are coming up or when I need to follow up on personal stuff too.

Since I use Paypal for absolutely everything with my blog (except the occasional papercheck), I just use that. At the end of the year I add up my expenses (plus anything that I charge to my credit card I print out the statement and highlight as well as keep the receipt in a shoebox) and then add up my income and subtract the two. At least this worked for me last year…pretty untech though. I feel like Kirsten Allen in Look Who's Talking.
