Does anyone have any experience with the AdSense filter? I created the unit, then set the filter. I've waited all day and the finance ads still show up. Do I have to do anything once the filter is created to apply it to the ad unit? Or do I just need to be patient?

It should happen almost immediately. Did you swap the code on your site?
I almost always target by domain. Those groupon ads drive me up the wall, and as such I've disabled them on every domain I own.

I did. The bankrupcy and debt consolidation ads are still showing almost entirely. I even deleted the code and created a new ad unit. Hmmmmmmm……

I just found something on the google forum…sometimes companies use keywords to get around the filters, so I have to use the competitive filter and block them individually.

I read that you should include the www. in so I just tried that. For now, I switched to graphic only. Let's see if that helps. Ha! And the first ad up is Groupon :)
We just don't want to promote business that offer services with which we disagree from a financial management standpoint. Do what we say, not what we advertise. Thanks for your help.
