So starting January 1st I'll technically have a business (LLC / partnership for tax purposes) for my online blogging adventures! As part of this I need to change my google adsense account to associate it with my partnership's EIN rather than my SSN. Unfortunately, google says I must close my current account and open a new one as a business. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is it difficult or should I just apply to close my one account and open a new one today?

When I formed an LLC I just opened a new AdSense account under my company EIN.  The old account is technically still open though I don't use it.
