I am trying to set up an advertising page for advertisers to view should they want to advertise on my site.  I just don't know where to start.  Does anyone have an advertising page that I could read over to get a general feel for what goes on it?  I have already looked at Crystal's on Budgeting in the Fun Stuff, which was helpful.  Any other pages?  Thanks!
