Today I am at 200,848 – sooo close to that 200,000 challenge marker. My Alexa rank has been steadily droppnig but really slowed down in the low 200,000's, so I guess it is sort of finding its place now.
Hopefull in the next 2 days I can celebrate breaking the 200,000 mark and then start heading for 100,000.

Keep it up Jaymus and congrats on breaking 200k.
If I can give you any advice it is KEEP IT UP! That's what we've done. Keep commenting. Guest posting, Hosting carnivals and your own round ups. Network, be social – keep people engaged (especially those w/ the alexa toolbar … )
We've slowed a lot in our progress but we keep at it week in and week out. You won't see the progress you saw from 1mil to 500k or 500k to 250k – but there is progress when you keep at it. Trust me … I read that lots of bloggers are done in 6 months. As long as we're not "that guy" we will get success as long as we produce great content and keep the connections we've made alive.
I believe, and given how much I like your site, you should too brother.

Great advice SPF! 
I agree, it's been challenging as the Alexa drops are so much smaller than before. Just have to keep chugging along like the little engines that can! Push PIE! Almost there!!!
