I've asked my brother-in-law to come up with something – my sister and I actually call him Long Tail Pro behind his back because he's slightly obsessed with (and really good at) using it for SEO. I'll let you know if I can get him to do a screencast or something. The only reason I know how to use it is because he taught me how! :)
