I have come to a point where I would like to start selling ad space on my site. I currently use Adsense but the income is low and I have seen fellow bloggers that have brought in most of their money from sources other than Adsense. Do you have any recommendations of resources to sell advertising or affiliate programs that seem to pay well? Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks!

Check out Flexoffers if your site is newer and has fewer visitors. They are mush easier to get into and approved for offers.
Commission Junction is really good and I've heard Link Share as well.

Flex Offers is very good. They have lots of financial products that have decent payouts and benefits for your readership.

I don't love FlexOffers, though I have done well with CJ.

I use both Flexoffers and CJ. If you get an account rep at either, you can also get deals that are not advertised or posted.
