At the very end of 2013, I came across a company called empower network.  I've done ton of research on it, but I'm not sure if I should join or not.  It looks like the company is pretty popular online and does offer some ways to make money for bloggers.

 

Let me get your 2 cents on this?

I have seen it before. It is a basic MLM system that requires you to refer people or teach them the system.  The more people you get, the more you get paid.  Unfortunately, you have to pay at least $100 per month in order to get access to their "best" tools.  I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole.
