I'm giving it a shot right now.  I did edit most posts to only include the ad links I was comfortable with.  I doubt I get the traffic to make any money from it (a whopping 37 page views today).

I tried installing it and it messed up my WP Theme and made my site run very slow.  I removed it right away.

Second this! It didn't mess up my theme, but my site wouldn't load, so for all I know my theme was messed up too. It got very slow, my site started getting timed out. Just another data point… It sounds like an excellent plugin, it is unfortunate that I couldn't make it work…
