Remember two years ago when Sam did his 5000 word challenge to motivate himself and the rest of us to write more? Is anyone interested in trying that again?

I'm looking for editors, beta-readers, and some demographic research for my upcoming novel, Once Upon a Saturn Moon. If you like reading soft sci-fi thrillers, maybe with a touch of romance thrown in, you can find more information at http://seampublishing.com/once…..aturn-moon

I would be, but I write for so many other sites that this would just put too much stress on me for my own. If 5,000 words took into account every article I put out there, then I'm sure I'm already there! ;) A new challenge would be good though – I think a lot of us need some motivation to get our blogs back in shape again!

I like challenges. They get me moving. Even if I haven't hit the 250,000 Alexa threshold for Yakezie. Confused

I'm not terribly concerned with number of words published on your own site versus other sites. Heck, I'm going to include word counts for writing my novel, which won't be published until later this year (hopefully!). I'm more concerned with gettting back into writing steadily and having accountability towards that goal.
