So I just started my new blog, and I decided to use the Free version of Pagelines platform. It seems to have a ton of customizable options, and very handy for someone like myself who is not too in tune with coding and css.
My question though, is whether any of you are also using Platform (the free version), and what your thoughts are on it.
I'm not sure I am 100% sold, but so far it seems pretty easy to use.
Anyone have any experience with Pagelines?

I paid $95 for Platform Pro.
I had never worked on Wordpress before Super Frugalette so all of my experience/learning came from Platform Pro and the forums. I found it pretty time consuming figuring out what I wanted to do. I made a list in excel and tackled items one at a time.
This entire week I have been working on the back end of my site. I needed to upgrade. However, I had problems with the upgrade and my site is still not working 100%. I still do not have social icons at the top of the site.
I believe there is a lot of information in the forums, but it is frustrating finding and implementing the information.

I'm using it, I LOVE IT! I'll try to help if you ever need anything. It takes some getting used to because there's just sooo many stuff to configure which I'm still learning. I don't know about anybody else but I love using it after getting used to it.

Hi Aaron,
Glad to hear you are using Pagelines and that you like it. I like the way your site looks. What layout options did you choose to be able to get the article summaries the way you have?
I cannot seem to get mine to have the photo on the left hand side in mine.

I'm using the three columns layout, you can find that in the Pagelines settings, it's pretty easy to change. As for the image, when you create a new post, there's going to be an option all the way on the bottom right hand that says something like "Featured Image" just upload whatever image you want from your computer.
