Mike,

It depends. AMR averages 200 to 300 per submission. SpinDistribute can result in about 800. A well spun article on SD can go over 100. UAW is good for about 300 to 400. Article Ranks is good for a few hundred. That is for each service. If the same article was submitted to all four services than a couple thousand could be expected per article.
