Yes, it is Automatic Wordpress Backup. When I initially installed it, the "back up now" never worked, but I decided to give it a try for a week, its been backing up regularly.

I use the "Wordpress Database Backup" plugin that automatically backups my database every night and emails it me. I use Google Apps for Your Domain, so my mail is stored on Google's servers, not my host's.

Then every once in a while (I'm horrible at remembering, actually, so I just put a monthly reminder in my Google calendar) I do a manual backup. That file is stored on my laptop, which gets backed up using Mozy. I also copy it over to a flashdrive on my keyring.

I set up the Cloud backup; I like that it's not on my host.

I have about 120GB of backup on Wuala. It is encrypted before it leaves your computer, but I use double encryption using TrueCrypt just in case.

Something really neat about Wuala is that you can gain extra storage by sharing space on your computer. In addition to their central servers they also distrubute data amongst participating computers, which reduces their cost and increases redundancy.  So long as you leave your computer running (and don't have bandwidth limits, or at least have a sufficient limit) you can gain large amounts of storage for free.

As far as the websites go I download a full copy about once a month and also have the DB emailed once a week. Maybe that's not enough…?
