In case you didn't see mbhunter's reference, we did get together more than 50 subscribers by the end of the weekend!!! Thank you all so much!!! Please feel free to keep signing up though. 
The current plan is to have the first newsletter go out Friday thanks to all of you!!! WOOT!!! THANK YOU!!!

My problem is that lightboxes usually drift to stay on the screen when you scroll and are often bigger than my blackberry's screen, so I can't close them. Even without my irritation at popups, they make it impossible for me to read a post.

I see your address on the confirmation page. I'd still try to put it in the "confirm your subscription" e-mail just to cover yourself.
Legally I'm covered, so I rather not give it out until I have to. I seriously need to get a PO Box…

Aweber, my newsletter service, puts the address in all e-mails. That's the safer route.
