I do both at http://www.crystalclearthoughts.com.  Each challenge can be viewed overall as a page (tab at the top for challenges) and I have a category for each challenge as well that I use to post weekly updates.

Thanks for the examples, still deciding which way to go.  Do you spend the same amount of time on all your blogs?  Dunno how you do it.

Hahaha, no.  BFS gets 95% of my time and Crystal Clear Thoughts and Dog's Life For Me get the other 5%.  :-)

Thank you.  :-)  I do put in full time hours, lol.  I just want to make a full time salary, hahaha.  :-)
