Hi all,
In honour of the impending Darwin Day (12th February), TotallyMoney are hosting the Personal Finance Darwin Awards.
Unfamiliar with The Darwin Awards? The Darwin Awards commemorate people who have eliminated themselves from the gene pool through the most idiotic means possible. Morbid? Yes. But also morbidly entertaining. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/D…..win_Awards
Our Darwin Awards is less about self-selecting yourself out of the gene pool and more about writing a post on the dumbest financial mistake you've ever made.
Anyone up for this challenge?! If so, hurrah! All you'll need to do is make sure that your post on your dumbest financial mistake goes live between 6th-11th February. Please let me know the url by either emailing me (totallymoney@ymail.com) or dropping a comment here.
On 12th February, I'll publish a round-up of all of the posts (and announce the official winner of the Personal Finance Darwin Awards 2012!)
Really looking forward to reading about a financial faux pas or two!
