I just sent my post over to my blog swap partner this afternoon! I didn't participate in the first blog swap.
Is the idea to have everyone of the blog swaps listed in our weekly roundups this week?

Hi Jacob,
Yeap, it's optional to put a round up and your response the following Monday. I will try to get a link from everyone and send out a summary email sometime over the weekend.

Hi Tim,
It's Eric's idea and I'm just helping to run #2. You can send email to Eric at Narrow Bridge if you want him to remind you when #3 comes up.
If anyone want to help run #3 and subsequent blog swaps, please contact Eric.

Thanks for the H/T. I might start a new Google Spreadsheet for signups for future swap leaders. Is there enough interest to do that? If not, I am happy to organize.

Sounds like a great idea to spread the organizing responsibility around. I'd volunteer as well.

Also – I had an idea for another element to potentially add to the next Yakezie Blog Swap, and I wanted to get you all's opinion on it!
Here's the idea:
- The Yakezie blog swap posts go live on the respective sites on say, Wednesday, of a given week.
- After they go-live, the organizer/host for that Yakezie blog swap judges all of the articles and declares a winner, or 3 editors picks, etc.
- Then, at the end of the week, every participating blog announces their participation in the Yakezie blog swap and also gives credit to the winning blog.
- In this way, it will provide more motivation to produce superior content since the winner(s) will get more links.
Thoughts?
