I have been trying to submit a post at http://www.bloggercarnivals.com throughout the day with no success.  I get the error message "Could not open socket" on a plain white screen (located at http://www.bloggercarnivals.co…..submit.php ).  Google says it might 

 

Anyone else having problems?  Does anyone know who runs Blogger Carnivals?  I couldn't find a contact person on the site.
