Wow, that was quick. Do you think that the frequency of posting has something to do with it?

I think that 2 websites with the Alexa toolbar installed visiting your site does help compared to one with it.

@Tim, I think post frequency has something to do with it, but that is because it gave me more of an opportunity to promote the articles to the yakezie family, have them visit my site, and comment as well. But I still don't post daily, I do about 3 post a week, sometimes 2. It is my goal to move that number to 4 to 5 a week starting in 2011. Let's see how we get going on that one.

And I agree with Mark @Buy Like Buffet that two visitors with the Alexa tool bar is the key. You have to remember that your alexa rank will only fall by having people with the alexa tool bar installed visiting your site. This is why you can have a website that gets thousands of daily visitors with high alexa rankings….the visitors don't have the tool bar installed, but traffic is traffic.

@Derek, you will get there and Yakezie will see to it!

@Crystal, thank you for your support! One day I will get to the sub 50K mark like you…that is the goal. Are you getting any advertisement offers for having suck a low Alexa rank?

@Freddie, I don't know if the offers I get are because of Alexa or not, but I do get offers.  You can check my blog income updates for the exact numbers, but I've made about $6000 this year and I just started in February (most of the money came in after September).  I'm aiming for $15,000-$20,000 next year.  :-)
