Thriftability is hosting the Carnival of Financial Planning themed 'Save a Buck, Save the Earth' in recognition of Earth Day and we want YOUR submissions!

A Blog Carnival can do great things for your own blog, while supporting the personal finance community at the same time, and is an excellent way to improve search engine traffic and build up links fast.  "The Carnival of Financial Planning" takes a long-term view of personal financial planning for individuals and families.

All contributions need to be submitted no later than 4/16/2012 and go live on Saturday 4/21/2012, so if you're interested, please click:  Submit an article for the Carnival of Financial Planning. Submitting to this carnival will give you some great exposure, with Earth Day being Sunday 4/22/12 and a good demographic of the Green community supporting the Carnival – so there's an opportunity to pick up fresh readers and gain visibility.

The rules are simple:

  • Submit articles that are no older than 2 or 3 weeks old.
  • Write to the theme: Save Money, Save the Earth – PF tips for long-term savings with an Earth Day slant
  • Provide links backs to the hosting site within 2 weeks of the day the Carnival goes live
  • Keep the articles relevant to the personal finance arena
  • Socialize, comment, etc…
  • Promote the Carnival via your social networks

Your inclusion in the carnival, along with the link back to the host site on Thriftability will be provided on 4/21/12.

Thanks and email me if you have any problems with the submission form at  http://blogcarnivalhq.com/carn…..-planning/

If you have any questions, email me "Lisa (at) Thriftability <dot> com.

Thanks and I look forward to your submissions by 4/16/2012!

Great idea! I wrote an article that would fit this theme perfectly back in early March, but that is probably a bit too old now, so I will think of something for new post next week that I can submit.
