Just checked my niche site as well and it's up to 1! That's great considering the only promotion I'm doing for it is SEO posts. No linking campaigns just yet.

Congrats to all the Members and Challengers for they improvement! A special congrats to those who went from PR0 to something more. Very sweet! Hard work and perseverance pays off!
We'll be opening up the new class of Members sometime in July. Congrats to those for making it through the 6 months! Hopefully you guys met a lot of great people and had a lot of fun in the progress. Pretty soon, the way of the past 6 months will be a part of your blogging DNA going forward!
We'll be closing the Wrting Contrst votes end of this week, so please read and vote for this excellent submissions.

I went from 0 to 3. This is great. I've had a few advertisers decline to work with me because of my PR. This should help me monetize better!

Beating Broke - A couple years ago TightFistedMiser went from a PR3 to a PR0. It stayed that way for about a year and then on one of the updates it went from a PR0 to a PR4. I still have no idea what happened to make it go to zero or come back to 4. Hopefully, when they do finally give you Page Rank they will start you off at PR4 or above.

Also, I recommend everybody who is dissatisfied with their PRs to write about mozRank. We can't let Google have a monopoly, and therefore need to hedge and promote a competitor.
Finally, although it may seem everybody is getting ranked higher, I'm pretty confident it's because we have been a very focused and special bunch of bloggers. I bet if you canvas the millions of other sites out there, they wouldn't have the same amount of success.
Beating Broke, I have no idea what's up with Google for your site. I only hope that they rectify their system.
One thing to also note is that making money through advertisement is a lot about you and how you can sell and produce relevant content. Don't expect just because you got bumped up, that money is going to fall from the sky. You've got to really build advertising relationships and go after things as well like anything.

Definitely agree about the need for competition. At the same time, the FTC is already itching to ream Google a new one…. and I'm not sure I agree with that. The best competition is voluntary competition.

Speaking about mozRank I think it was JT from MoneyMamba that mentioned that the Yakezie members have a pretty strong presence here. That is definitely cool to see, and I haven't forgotten my PR0 days when I was dying for an update. ;)

My SEO toolbar in Firefox (forgot the name of it) lists you as a 2 as well. Maybe the SEO quake one didn't run an update yet.
