Got back to PR3 on beatingtheindex.com and got PR3 on my niche site CanadianOilStocks.ca, fantastic!
That's awesome! It was unfair to stick you with PR0.

That's good news BTI. I have stayed at 3 consistently. I guess that is a good thing.

In the last month I have gone from 1 -> 4 -> 2 -> 1 -> 3 for Wealth Informatics. Absolutely no logic whatsoever. I don't track page rank anyway, so if it is not for the toolbar I won't even notice that. I am happy with whatever they give me :)

I'm still holding solid at a PR3. I'm good with that. Congrats RB40! Saw that you went to a PR4. :)
Ditto on all LAMF said.

I checked it with a few sources too. Any chance this is a fluke?

I wonder how that Google algorithm really works.
That is the $64,000 question!!! I'd love to crack that algo sometime….
No way. That's like the $100,000,000,000,000 question. Everyone would game the system.

I have the same question myself. Wasn't the last PR update on late July/early August?

I am still a PR 3, I guess that is good considering the changes.

Yeah, I haven't seen anyone else's change. I'm hoping it's temporary? They don't just remove page rank from one page right?

How do you mean LaTisha?
If I'm correct, you changed your url recently? You wouldn't see your page rank from before appear on the new url (though if directed correctly, the "juice" should still flow).

I'm hoping it's temporary as well. When I moved URLs the page rank moved also like 3 weeks ago. That's why this is so weird. But my PR checker is still showing 2 and when they moved my PR from the old url it was showing as NA. So I think it's just a fluke. Regardless, I'm giving less and less importance to PR. I'm working on building the site and just growing traffic the old fashioned way.
