Sometime around January 20, I started the Yakezie challenge (I think my Alexa ranking was about 1,600,000 or so).
Today on March 4th, the Stock Trend Investing site dived for the 1st time below the 200k.
I think it is telling that this happened after I published earlier today a "recommended reading" post containing links to my fellow Yakezie group members.

I never looked at Alexa before. I hadn't even installed the Alexa toolbar on my own computer. Thus doing that, speeded it up.
Being part of a Yakezie group with great members who are checking out and commenting on your website on a regular basis is probably a big factor.
The sweepstakes I organized the last few weeks probably helped me as well; as do the Yakezie Carnivals.
And of course there is the commenting on other Yakezie related blogs and the traffic you get back for it.
Besides joining Yakezie and starting the related activities, I did not make any other major change.
Looking at my Google Analytics stats, it is not just the Alexa ranking, but also the number of visitors that has gone up substantially since I joined Yakezie (and it went up by much more than the number of Yakezie members and challengers that have commented on my blog).
Thus, a big thank you to all of you!!!
