virtually no automated spam – 1 a week?

I use (and am a BIG proponent) of using GASP.  I couple that with Bad Behaviour and I rarely see a spam.

The reason I don't use askimet is the number of stories i've heard about peoples comments getting eaten up and left un-noticed.  We need every comment we can get so I prefer to not lose any :)  GASP also removes the need for a traditional captcha (which I despise).

I get maybe 3 to 5 a week. I use Typepad Antispam + Bad Behavior + Conditional Captcha. I have much lower incidence of false positives than when I was using Akismet — do I ever hate that plugin due to the problems it causes me on other sites, especially those that also use Intense Debate!
