The plugin Meta Tag Manager will do that. I checked it out last year but decided to ignore meta tags so I am not sure if it conflicts with any other plugins. But it will do the Yahoo, technorati… tags.

I agree with Suba. I use Meta Tag Manager when I need to add a tag to a site.
