Last night, Google de-indexed all co.cc domains and that registrar shut it's virtual doors. (See, Google Removed All .co.cc Domains from It's Index)
As a result, my website was down this afternoon when I woke up. The good news is I finally bought a .com edwardantrobus.co.cc is now edwardantrobus.com
I will be contacting personally everyone I can find that has linked to me in the past, but if you could update any links, I would appreciate it.
In the meantime, does anyone know how to change all the references in my database from the old domain to the new one? A lot of my site isn't quite working yet after the migration.

I'm looking for editors, beta-readers, and some demographic research for my upcoming novel, Once Upon a Saturn Moon. If you like reading soft sci-fi thrillers, maybe with a touch of romance thrown in, you can find more information at http://seampublishing.com/once…..aturn-moon

I was just about to figure out how to contact you to let you know your site was down. I clicked on your name in a Yakezie blog post and it took me to the old site (FYI).

You'll probably have a lot of short term headaches and such but it'll be worth it in the long run. My techie skills are no good to you here in the blogging world so I'll leave it to the experts to advise on how to make the best transition. Good luck.

I hope you get it figured out! I have no idea. Also, you should update your link on Yakezie :)

Did you get the database repaired? I see that the site is up now. If not, let me know and I can help.
Edited to add: In your RSS link at the top of your posts, there is a space in the URL that prevents people from being able to click through to Feedburner. Just thought you should know!

I know it's a pain, but this is probably for the best in the long run. I know the co.cc domains have fallen out of favor with Google in the past (to the point that they were de-indexed, but eventually allowed back in) so you're better off on your own domain where you can build trust with the big G.
Also, I just went through and edited the links in all of your comments on my site so they should point to the new .com version of your site. Good luck.

Thanks everyone. I have gotten everything updated.
Michelle, thanks for the reminder.
Andrea, thanks for the heads up on the RDS link.
Edited: The comments problem had nothing to do with the migration. Facebook updated their plugin 5 times this week and the most recent one hijacked the comments system. I deleted the Facebook plugin and installed JetPack instead.
