Very glad to inform you that within 2 weeks of joining Yakezie, I received my first money blogging, through a sponsored post published today, you can't imagine how happy I am. I want to utilize this for my blog promotion, any idea how?

Congratulations.
Depending on your knowledge level, it may also be smart to use some of that money to purchase some instructional guides for blogging. I don't have any in mind, but perhaps a guide for optimizing SEO or something? I have never done a giveaway, but to me it seems like the traffic might die off after the giveaway is over? (Thoughts from those that have hosted a giveaway may disagree, I have no idea.)
By the way, I am not talking about buying ebooks that you read about online that have all these great testimonials. I am saying maybe stopping by Barnes and Noble and see if any guides might be helpful to you? I know search traffic is the majority of my traffic, and without SEO, my traffic would be substantially lower.

Agree giveaways increases temporary increase of readers, but unless they unlike from FB or RSS, my 'On Paper' followers will increase and that would urge new ones to follow. In this competitive world, you need some incentive to get a foot first. Had I started in 2005 or 2006, I wouldn't have had to do all these…But these days you can't just sustain on good contents if you are just starting.
