I like #3 (and agree with Ashley that it may look even better with the coloring from #2) and am used to seeing "by" as lowercase.   Good luck!

I like it (and I usually can pick anything apart…I worked in marketing for 5 years). I like the view of the water…it screams retirement. The green font reflects money and the whole thing is just peaceful and simple.

I would just say to have the "40" on the right side have the same font as the 40 in the banner.

I think it looks good too. I would look into compressing it though, it loads really slow and that might turn away some readers.
