This happened back in December of last year. Your feed and subscribers are still there; there is just a glitch that isn't showing the numbers. There's a company called FeedBlitz (offering paid RSS options) that is spreading a huge fear-mongering campaign to get people to switch, but I haven't seen anything from Google indicating that Feedburner is going away.

Edited to add: See this link.

Edited again to add: Official word from Feedburner.

I honestly don't check all that often (just did, and mine is at 0 as well) but back when I would be more obsessive about it, I noticed that I would drop down to 0 about once a month.  Some glitch most likely.  I wouldn't worry about it.

I had that happen yesterday, but then when I clicked on the link to see more detailed information, it should the proper number of subscribers.

I'm looking for editors, beta-readers, and some demographic research for my upcoming novel, Once Upon a Saturn Moon. If you like reading soft sci-fi thrillers, maybe with a touch of romance thrown in, you can find more information at http://seampublishing.com/once…..aturn-moon

Mine too. It seems to do this about every 5 months. It should be back to normal in a few days.

I'm sure it'll be fixed soon – but this is unprecedented.  I've seen it go to 0 for a single day before, but this is getting silly.

This really isn't unprecedented. While FeedBurner has been relatively stable over the past few years, it used to have glitches like this on a regular basis. Sometimes it would just be a big chunk of your subscribers (e.g., there would be a glitch with Yahoo reporting) and other times it would go all the way to zero.

But in terms of recent history, yeah, this isn't typical. That being said, the underlying service is still performing exactly as it should.

Another reason why the Yakezie Forum is invaluable. The past day or so I too have been growing concerned about the flat 0 on my feedburner/stats widget. Within moments of coming on I find this thread. So I guess it's just a glitch, nothing to worry about. Thanks Smile

Not that it matters now since we're back in business, but I meant the length of time – 4 days in a row.  The longest I had seen it before was 2 days before returning.

I have been thinking of trying to get off of Feedburner. Does anyone know a good way to do that without losing everyone subscribed to that feed?

Leaving Feedburner to go where? I recently migrated to FeedBlitz and it was relatively painless. They have good instructions on how to do it — though it's important to keep in mind that FeedBlitz is a paid service.

That made me laugh out loud.  Lucky I had just put down the coffee cup seconds before.
