I just saw that the city and dates for Fincon 13 have been announced. The conference will be from October 17th – October 20th, in St. Louis. Phil said that the rooms will be $119, but the hotel hasn't been announced yet.
Anyway, here is the post. I hope to see many of you there!

Fantastic! I made it the first FinCon, but couldn't last year. Hope to make it this year, it's a 6 hour drive.

I was so disappointed with the dates since it overlaps a long-planned Hawaii vacation. I'll keep my fingers crossed that 2014 will work for me.

Was Honolulu misspelled St. Louis by any chance? I know most of you guys are from the MidWest and East Coast, but I swear the West Coast and Hawaii are really nice places to live and visit. Promise!
Will need to wait until summer to make a decision given several things going on.
2012 was a lot of fun, and I encourage folks to attend.

Hotels and airfare for the midwest are cheaper. He's trying to lure us frugality bloggers in. :) Besides, I'd never be allowed to go to Honolulu without my wife, and if I took her, I wouldn't actually make it to the conference.

I dunno Edward. Flights from SF to STL are $500-$600. From SF to paradise is only $300-325!
One life to live!
