I recently read about a new movement called #GivingTuesday, where you can learn more about it at http://www.givingtuesday.org

It's a great cause, and the idea is simple: we have 2 days of deals (black friday & cyber monday), but only one day for giving.  

Some of you may know that help out for a non-profit called Givology, it's a 100% volunteer-run company that connects donors to students and projects in developing countries.  

Huffington Post is a sponsor and has created a new section specifically for this movement.  I plan to write a post about "How Personal Finance Bloggers are Making an Impact on #GivingTuesday"

Sounds like a great cause. Buying things and getting gifts is nice, but giving and helping others is a lot more rewarding!
