Hey folks, I wanted to share the results of me going off script for my three year blog anniversary – which let's say starts in 30 minutes (Pacific Time). I decided to pen a mission statement, which was something that seemed to be sorely lacking at DQYDJ.
Let me know what you think!

PK, Cameron and Bryan,
Great mission statement and good job taking the time to put it all together. I definitely like your blog for #3 and #4 the most. You forgot to mention at the end that you also tend towards long-windedness ! But in all seriousness, you guys are also great to interact with, always provides tons of interesting data and respond whole-heartedly to comments. I'm a regular reader, irregular commenter!

I think a lot of people could benefit from doing what you do. Having a guideline for writing topics helps you to find an audience and gives them a reason to keep coming back.
It's a great post!
