There are none. At least none that will work consistently. That is because Google STILL hasn't released a write API for G+.

Dlvr.it will publish automatically, but only to a page and not a personal profile. And I think you have to have the premium version. Right now that's the only option I know of – I use it to publish to my business G+ page, then repost on my personal profile manually.
