Hi folks,
I got approached by Rob Bennett to write a guest post on our site titled: Are Invest Experts Ethical?
Anyhow, the topic may be controversial, at at the least I hope spurs some conversation. If people would be so kind to check it out and leave an opinion Rob is going to reply to comments (and boy, he sure does reply in detail!) Rob posted @ Free From Broke a few weeks ago and I found the post to be intriguing. He then posted @ Tom Drake's Canadian Finance Blog and again I was intrigued. So after some of my comments he asked if he could GP on our site and I agreed, pending review.
Rob has an interesting take on things, that's for certain. Personally, my reasons for not trusting the "invest experts" differ from his but we're always happy to entertain different perspectives.

I definintely enjoyed reading it. Controversial is fine as long as it is backed up and well written. That's what the comments are for!

I suspect you'll get an answer, Rob is really good at further explanation.

There is nothing better on the internet than controversy–people love it, link it, comment on it. All things considered, that topic isn't really that "controversial" in my opinion. Then again, I'm working on a series with a similar twist.

I actually read that post (and commented) not long ago, but I must admit I didn't realize it was a geust post. At first, I thought it was, because it didn't follow suit with your regular post topcis or style. However, there's no indication of it being a guest post. I'd recommend leading in with a blurb about it being a guest post.
Even at the end, it is not clear where that "Rob Bennet created his first … " comes from.. :) Just seemed random. I wouldn't have known it was written by him without reading it here first.

Updated it Jaymus.
JT – the reason I thought it was controversial is due to Bennett's other works which are contrary to the buy / hold preaching we hear from the mainstream investing industry.
That being said, despite over 50 views there is only one comment aside from myself so I guess the topic didn't have the desired effect. C'est la vie!
